Photographer’s Note
When staying in Miami I took a one day 99 U$ cruise to the Bahamas. It was a very nice trip on one of those huge carribean cruise ships.
I was a attracted to this building as it was in pink instead of those "usual" dark brown wooden colours.
Later on I read that this house is supposed to be a "must see" for every visitor to Grand Bahama Island. The Perfume Factory, located in an elegant plum-and-white replica of an old Bahamian mansion at the rear of Freeport's famous International Bazaar. For people who like to mix their own perfume this might be true, otherwise enjoying the sun and/or atmosphere is not too bad either... :)

This is a really lively building with the trees and the colors. The trees, in fact, are like fountains in front, sweeping up and to the sides. It's a neat building, too. The way you captured it brings the eyes forward. Since you left off part of the facade it does this. Makes a line not to the viewer but to the left in this case past the sign. At least that is what it does for me. It's very noisy, though. Especially in the sky and there are a few marks on the image that could be cloned out. Detail is lost in the building, too, in large blocks of tones and colors. Like it's overly sharpened. The trees, though, seem soft. But I like this point of view you chose here and the way it leads my eyes. I'm sure the colors and details are much clearer in the original.

This is a lovely image - I really like the warm pink tones - it puts me right there. There are a few bits of noise there and some dust that needs cleaning off and something about the level of detail/sharpness isn't quite right but I can't work out what though. The photo does capture for me a bygone age - have you thought about how this might look in Sepia or B&W?

Nice shot with these warm colours. It gives us a beautiful impression of the Bahamas weather. Twelve years for this shot haven't remove its quality.
