Photographers Note
Exumas Land & Sea Park.
The water was knee deep as far as I could see.
Yes, I've ignored the '1/3 rule'
but ... I've ignored a lot of things when I was there ;)
At this another AMAZING SPOT I found this INTERESTING THING
... and especially for gringofil here's the BOAT as I could not find any girl or any other boat since .. there was just me ;))

Forget the rules ... there is no rules in such a place. Since I am working this picture makes me dreaming of other things (than being in grey rainy Zurich).

Nice view...but come on shots like this are a dime a dozen...gotta have something in the water to catch out attnetion or our attention span for such an image will equal a few seconds (and I guess you want us to stick around for a while). A girl in a bikini would do the trick, I guess, but since this is TE and a family website and all that a fishing boat or any kind of boat on the water would do just fine. The islands...yeah...you've got some islands, but they're too far away to do much good.
Point for the colors and the water...I'm just about to go on holiday so this speaks to me. On the interest level...well...you know my answer.

Hi Krzysztof
Again a very beautiful picture. The horizon so central can be nice to in this way: beautiful sky and contrast with the green water.
Good job, greetings Albrecht

Ciao Krzysztof,
take it easy!
I hope you were there with a good fellowship and if you were there alone: go f**k everybody else...
After the whole winter on the snow, teaching ski, I need something like that.
Not bad, not bad at all!
Cheers, Davide

Its plain and beautiful. I liked the way you simply divided into 2 equal sections like that, it really works in here.
Good job again Krzysztof

Wow! Such great colours!
I like the choice of the framing here, there should be some exceptions to the rules ! ;-)
Which post-processing do you apply to have such an intense blue for the sky ?
Cheers, Sophie

I think we cannot always go by all the rules. Sometimes you need to choose, and this is the right choice - just to relax. Fantastic colours!
Thanks,

Pozdrawiam.

Nice shot Krzysztof;
I like how you managed the sky quite dark, yet the water light. My shot's always end up the opposite!
Simple, but beautiful shot- makes me look forward to me next vacation!
Cheers!

The contrast between the dark blue sky & the clear waters is really good. Rule of thirds? I think we can let it go... :)

Wow! This has to be the picture of the day. How did you capture such a beautiful shot! I love the composition and the coloring. The dark blue sky dotted with fluffy clouds contrasted against the beauty of the water.
Wonderful!

hej:)
az chce mi sie polywac.
Swietne kolorki. To niebo i woda i w tle jakis lad.
zachwycam sie tym zdjeciem, chociaz przyznam, ze obcielabym troche dolu (tej wody) i skupila sie na niebie. Ale i tak jest mega fajnie :)
pozdrawiam

Reading a random choice of the critiques I can not do anyhting else but agree. When people give critiques saying they wish they were there, ignoring to frankly critique it I can tell you have made it! The key to a good picture is not perfectionism, it is to awake emotions. This one does. The fact that the picture doesn't really have much more than the heaven and the ocean, that is what makes it beautiful. It has a relaxing effect, a paradise effect, and that is what makes me like it. Keep on with this great work!

Nice image, good contrast between the deep blue sky and white sand gleaming through the shallow water.
Sadly the image appears to be pixelated. A good shot none the less.
Please see what you think of my recent shallows post.
Have a good day.
