Photographers Note
I experiences few tides in my lifetime but this one, on Exumas Cays definitely cost the most hassle!
Exuma Cays consists exactly of 365 small islands spread on the distance of several hundred kilometeres. I paddled around 100 km from Staniel Cay, where I was dropped off by a small plain. My journey ended two weeks later on Norman's Cay where I was later picked up by the same plane (had to trust the pilot that he'd come back for me ;)).
This picture was taken early in the morning when I was surprised by a strong tide. Had to unload my kayak, drag it approximately 500 meters and load it again in order to continue my journey.
This particula cay (island) is part of beautiful and isolated Exumas Land & Sea Park mostly visited by boats.

Raz pod górę, a raz z górki. Trochę płyniesz, trochę ciągniesz. Pięknie pokazany brzeg z kontrastem chmur.
