Just some palm tree reflections in the backwaters of Kerala, so peaceful and tranquil here a great place to unwind on one of the houseboat trips.

This is an absolutely different realm of work. Its got the majestic touch of talent and creativity. Great going Wanda

Impressive Scene,Attractive POV from reverse angle and contrast of light/shadow made an emphasis for coconut grove silhouette on reflection,Rough grain also made a mood too.Good work,TFS.

Dag Wanda,
Een zeer artistieke impressie met deze reflectie. Je hebt het zwart flink aangezet waardoor er een dreigende sfeer ontstaat wat ik heel mooi vind. De toppen van de palmbomen geven er toch nog dat zomer en warm gevoel aan....
Groetjes, Henk

Hi Wanda,

This is almost a black and white image. Very nice composition with such a beautiful abstract of the reflections. The view is peaceful and the reflections add an interesting perspective to the image. Nice work Wanda.

Roberto

though the image has pixelated but the composition is nice
well shot

Hi,
Nicely captured the reflection. Very creative. Nice Medium you chose.

Arghya

Olį Wanda, wonderful game of long twisted trunks reflected on the water. The strong contrasts in B&W worked very well, giving this graphic, abstract result that is quite pleasing. Beautiful effect from the clouds as well. Interesting how the reading changes when rotating...

ricardo

hi Wanda

Very unusual but a nice B&W reflection image for a mood. Imaginative work.

Hi Wanda,
As soon as I opened it, it was like travelling in time: I remembered Ilford HP5, developed to 800 ASA or more, not necessarily to increase sensitivity, but also to increase contrast. How could that be done? One of my favourites, because of the randomness of the process was shaking the developing drum more often than usual. :-) Then came we could use also a 'hard' paper and... voilą a wonderful high contrast and grainy reflection of a cloudy sky and a group of picturesque coconut trees.
A dreamy image, much inspiring even if it didn't make me a bit nostalgic about lab photo.
TFS, Regards, José.

Hi Wanda,
interesting capture, it looks a little as a dream... really mysterious... Good composition. I like this photo.
Best regards,
Andrzej

Dag Wanda,
mooie grillige weerspiegelingen van deze palmbomen. Uitstekende definitie.
Groeten Gerrit

Hi Wanda, fascinating B&W composition with fantastic reflections, very well done, have a good week end, ciao Silvio

Hey,
I like your classic Keralan backwater shot turned upside down, as it were, with this clever shot of the reflections only. THe patterns are very inky - nicely done.

Looks like a ink painting. Something very different from you. This had to be a print, and I don't think digital can reproduce this artistic impression. The ripples at the top, the twisted torsos of the tall palms...beautiful!

E' proprio un effetto inchiostro...sembra quasi un disegno fatto a china. Poi la foto in bianco e nero era proprio il tocco giusto. Composizione veramente bella, e il "workshop" ci voleva dai...
