Fisherman's modest lunch
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This is what it means to be on the Far East!!
I was taught that to eat caviar by spreading it a thin layer on a piece of bread is a bad tone..
As you can see, locals eat it differently...
By the way, people in Chukotka (or Chukchia) do poor-mouth complaining about a hard life there, lack of money, no work etc..
Another Russian paradox!... |

This lunch doesn't look too terrible, I would gladly use the xtra spoon in his bowl. His expresiion is wonderful seems to say "what you never seen anyone eat this stuff with a spoon?"
The hat completes the photo well at the same time it adds to the 'paradox' with its BOSS logo.
Because I am a fan of tight crops I would crop tighter on top.

Hi Olga,
this is very very delicious shot :)
I can see the paradox of your people. We unfortunately call this dilemma as CAPITALISM :(
best regards,
Hakan
Hi Olga,
Hahaha, funny one. I couldn't even eat it with such an amount at the same time! Same here by the way, though in smaller quantities. If you go to the sushi place you'll be eating quite some kaviar for close to nothing.
The combination with the fake Adidas jacket and Boss cap makes it just complete. He's not at all looking like an Asian, but the whole explanation and setting could easily be. :-)
Greetings,
Dennis

Hello Olga,
Difficult to say about this fisherman, maybe he just does not realise how lucky he is.
Is that a red top of a bottle of Vodka?
Anyway he looks not so bad and enjoying his lunch.
Good photo, thanks for sharing.
Rob.
