Photographer’s Note
We were getting down from the Darjeeling hills for New Jalpaiguri to catch our train to get back to Kolkata.
Acres and acres of tea on the both sides of the road lay as carpets of inexhaustible greenery. Before this we had witnessed these carpets on the hill slopes, but here, on plain land, slightly undulated, criss-crossed by streams and patches of forests. These are the Dooars or the doors to the hills. These area is famous for its leopards and sometimes, man-eating tigers. Elephants reign here supreme and sometimes cause large damage to the plantation and human property.
This is a shot from the window of our running car, as you can see the ground in the foreground.

Aaah, TEA,
keep your seat, I will start in top gear in a run for the sun, I like the idea of the movement blurred foreground to the sharp fields of tea, rather cloudy or misty wheather I see in the light sky and mist at the horizont.
Come on, let it be tea-time, join you tomorrow.
