Photographer’s Note
BP stands for Baden Powell. The hotel gets its namesake from the Scout Founder. I believe the Hong Kong Scout made a deal with the developer, because the place, next to Kowloon Park was once a Boy Scout headquarter. The scouts give the property to the developers, and they get another building for their purpose nearby.
