Photographer’s Note
An image taken on a rainy day near Vang Vieng- the central crag is typical of the countryside around this town, though there are many other crags of much greater size. Also typical is the rice paddy and the small rice storage building at the side of the field- it does seem that every inch of flat ground is taken up for rice cultivation. The contrast between the amazing complexities of the rice paddies and the rocky outcrops suddenly rising up makes this area of Laos very lovely- the only problem is the town of Vang Vieng itself...

Sweet picture. I love the green color. but you allso should do somethink with they sky
