L’heure du déjeuné, Kuman, Shiraz y Rajesh se régalent de riz, légume, et chapati. Ma place est à coté d’eux, tous assis en tailleur. En Inde, les couverts n’existent pas et nous mangeons uniquement avec la main droite, la main gauche étant utilisée pour d’autres besoins nettement moins hygiénique. Il est en général très mal vu d’utiliser la main gauche pour prendre les aliments, à éviter vraiment.
p.s. : Luan, là, j’ai bien peur qu’il ne restera pas de riz pour toi, connaissant l’appétit de mes jeunes amis…..


The hour of lunch, Kuman, Shiraz y Rajesh are delighting themselves with rice, vegetable, and chapati. My place is just beside them, all sitting on the floor as a tailor. In India, the forks and spoons do not exist and we eat only with the right hand, the left hand being used for other needs definitely less hygienic. It is in general very badly seen to use the left hand to take food, to really avoid.
p.S. : Luan, there, I am afraid that there will not remain rice for you, knowing the appetite of my young friends.....

Pas une qualité optimale mais toutefois une image très intéressante.
Les visages, les positions, les mains droits actives et les plats nous en apprennent plus sur l'art du repas en Inde.

mmmh, j'adore les thalis et leurs plats en inox... c'est sympa aussi de manger avec les mains,ça change un peu.
tres belles couleurs de vêtements et beaux sourires de contentements sur leurs visages.

Je reve d'un thali vegetarien la...raaahhh, dal, raita, riz, chapatis...tiens j'ai les meme plats a la maison, super pratique pour manger. Cool ta photo, tres conviviale, ils ont l'air de se regaler.
