Photographer’s Note
Children are led across the old campus of Nanjing Normal University in the late morning, perhaps as part of a daycare program. It impressed me to see the operation take place in such an orderly manner with such well-dressed participants.
Note about date: My camera's clock settings were still set to Pacific time zone, so the date may be off by a day. But it was indeed mid-April 2004.
