Hello Subhendu.
A very pleasing b/w shot, creating a tranquil atmosphere with its successful reflection of the morning light in the water. Perhaps it's a pity the bow of his boat met the reflection of the pole just as you took the shot. Also, perhaps I would crop just a little from the right to place the man a little more off the centre. Just a suggestion, others might not agree.
Nice photo, and the b/w treatment is well done.
