Photographer’s Note
Notre Dame Cathedral is situated in District 1, Ho Chi Minh city (former Saigon). For more information, please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saigon_Notre-Dame_Basilica :D
This photo was taken from above and behind, since there are no other high buildings in the area than Diamond Plaza allowing public access :(

Hey Hien,
I've been to this place a long time ago and I can still remember those motor bikes just passing me by from all angles!
I haven't seen such POV from 'high behind'. The play in lighting is remarkable, slow shutter works very well in your end.
All the best!
;)

Hi Hien,
this is indeed a beautiful night scene... very well composed, focused, and exposed. Great job!
Regards,
