Hi Tuan, rather than worry about a bit of blur from your night shot, you've accentuated it, seen not only with the lady and the car and bike, but in the pan of the street itself. This is awesome. It gives it a much more dynamic feeling. Nicely done.

olá, quite nice photo!!
i love the effect of movement of the moto and the person carrying those pots. i like speacialy because not even these two elements are totally focused although are more sharpen that the rest of the photo. congratulations.
