je sais que ce pont en construction s'est effrondé en 2007 suite a des grosses pluies faisant plus de 100 morts parmi les hommes du chantier!

Aha...this picture means much to me, Nhan. I lived in Can Tho for a couple of years and wondered how the bridge was getting on. We heard about that terrible accident, but that was about it.
The picture looks surreal, dangerous even, threatening! Maybe the bridge is threatening to all the people who make a living around the ferries...
