Hi Chuck,
His lovely face is worth catching! I like portrait photos, but I cannot do it myself. Because I don't like to make people discomfort by getting close to them with my camera. But I have a feeling that, this little kid would not complain even if you had a 50 mm. He seems quite curious about what is going on there with you and camera :)
