Photographer’s Note
This is a picture taken from the shore on the south-western side of Lake Hoan Kiem (Lake of the Restored Sword) in Hanoi, Vietnam. This is named after the legend of the turtle who reclained the sword of King Le Thai To as he returned to the lake after a successful battle vs the Chinese in the fifteenth century.
