[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Near the Old Quarter of Hanoi, on the southern portion of Hoan Kiem Lake is Thap Rua (a.k.a. Tortoise Tower). Lit up at night and accessbile by boat during the day, it is situated on a small island.

There is a story about a tortoise taking a sword and giving it back... or did he keep it? Anyway, seems like strange behavior nevertheless.

I just enjoyed taking the photo. :-)
