Cycling longside the river Photo

Photographer’s Note

The floating village near Ning Bhin, som 90 km south of Hanoi. The area around Hanoi has some stunning landscapes. From this river to the famous temple of Hoa Lu is only a short ride by motorbike. On a rivertrip you see life on the shore go by. Just push the camera button on the right moment. Pitty that the weather was very gray.

Such a harmony and tranquility...The people are parallel with the peaks behind them. Very good composition

The boat affords you a great POV, Lucas. isnt this lens wonderful! nicely composd with the two cyclist in front of their own mountain. I dotn mind the gray background at all in fact it adds to the image.

If it had been sunny there would have been other problems with glare and over-exposed highlights!
Good viewpoint and composition, and the grey background shows the cyclists off nicely.
I'd maybe crop a centimetre off the bottom to lose some of the riverbank.

De bergen op de achtergrond zijn net flou genoeg om het hoofdonderwerp te begeleiden en niet te overdonderen.

i like the grey misty look - it helps to bring out the figures of the bike riders
