Mui Ne Fishing Village
 |
|
| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This photo is from Mui Ne Fishing Village. Mui Ne means "sheltered peninsula" and it is used as a seasonal harbour by local fishhermen. Local economy depends a lot on fishing (especially fish sauce), agriculture (mostly dragon fruit) and also increasingly on tourism.
There were hundreds (if not thousands) of boats near the village and it provided a colorful scene. This photo is taken during midday when it was much quiter there than in the morning.
Postprocessing in PS: adjustment to levels, increasing the colur of the sky (magic wand tool, photo filter LBB@16%), autocontrast, resize, added frame. |

A good every day scene, I like it a lot. Regards, Jean

Beautiful composition, so lively with the 2 children and so impressive with the boats crowd in the background. Very well seen, very nicely executed.
