Has the light been well balanced on the white book at lower right corner, this should be my favorite.
Hmm, i think this photo is well composed. the main attraction of this photo is the scroll, yes the red scroll and the art of ancient chinese black ink brush writting itself. i consider this a useful photo.. you see, inkbrush... (is it called inkbrush? i learned chinese so from what i learned, its called Mau Bi, or Brush Pen okay, back to what im going to say, ink bruh is a kind of art, from what you can see here, the words itself represent a kind of art form. it is really beautiful, with the lines connected and the complicated form, only those who can read this will understand its meaning. same as the renaissance time where literature and art is well valued, so is this piece of work here. it is proverbs in a red scroll, by the way, did you manage to note down its meaning? didn't you ask the person or a traslator of what does it means?
if you have added more notes on what the scribe is writing or anything, it will be a very valuable note and picture...
anyway, i did some workshop on your picture, there's no much editing to be done with your picture actually. if you want to learn more about photoshop, i suggest you buy a book about it! you will learn more through it. try go and explore more with photoshop, slowly you will find its usefulnes in every options you tested.
Al the Best,
Regards,
