Hi Sabine. Slow food? This was just a topic of discussion on the radio the other day. Well, the photo (that's why we're here, isn't it?), I like how not having her face visible puts the focus and attention on her hands, making something with great concentration, nicely done. The composition is good as well and the colors are brilliant. well done.

I love the vibrant colours you have captured in the fabric she wears. I also like how you get the sense of her concentration even without seeing her face.

Very witty.
Yes, there is always something to see and photograph in a Vietnamese market but all too often just because of the fact that it is so busy it is hard to take good photos. Or at least set up a good compsotion. Jere you have doen well, the textures of her clothes are wonderful and the colours so vibrant, I like how she doesnt see you and continues with her snails we can imagine her concentrated brow.

Superbe photo avec ce chapeau, la couleur bleue et les mains de cette femme. Comme Al, je regrette que le bas de son visage soit si sombre, mais bon, cela permet de mieux nous concentrer sur ses mains et ce qu'elle mange!

Bonsoir Sabine,

Agreable composition. Ce triangle crée par son chapeau nous amène a visualiser rapidementle fond floue le premier plan relativement nette; J'aime bcp ce bleu.
dommage juste qu'on ne voit pas plus clairement le bas de son visage.
Nous aussi on se concentre sur ces doigts pour voir ce que cette personne mange.

Great composition of colors and shapes! The lady's shape grows like a triangle, and her hat is very useful to get a strong structure to the picture.
It is a pity that we find plastic everyway when we are travelling....

Hello Sabine, this is a wonderfully colourful picture of daily life. The hat is a great feature, making this bright triangle at the top of the frame. Yet underneath all is dark and the woman's face is hidden - there is a sense of mystery as to who we are watching.
