[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
In contrast to Elaine's sunny photo. This is the same place Hon Chong penisula, with a dramatic storm approaching, only half and hour before we had bright blue skies, these clouds rolled in so fast and the sea became anthracite and then black.
We found out later that this, in fact was the tailend of the typhoon that hit China.

excellent shot

Fantastic Shot with wonderful evocative colors...full of atmosphere, Compliments!!
TFS, Fabio.

Beautiful picture with it's almost monochromatic tones that increase the dramatical aspect of thundery weather. The texture of the sea is astonishing with its special waves. Very well done with a great exposition to render nice details.

Hi Keith,
nice dramatic sky and great POV. I can feel the wind and hear the breaking waves.

You are opening a new page where we could share the different look on the beauty of Vietnam.
This looks like a work by National Geographic Magazine's photographer.

Congratulations, and thanks.

Thanh

Dark and Moody, the lines of waves leading the eye out to sea and that nice hight throught the middle. Very nice.

Cheers
Shane

Great! It's quite amazing how angry mother nature can get...this image is a great example. I really like the tones here (is this really a color image?). Anyway, excellent work. Well done.

Bonjour Keith,
j'aime beaucoup cette photo dramatique. Une grande ouverture avec un minuscule temps de pose minuscule, en tous cas le résultat est excellent.
Bon cadrage aussi.
Compliments.
Daniel.
