Back to The CaoDai, which is not only the famous temple in Vietnam but also a actractive area for tourist. Here is other the shot during the praying time, starting at 12:00 everyday.
To explain why all the shot (include other in TE) also from uper. Simply, the tourist are not allowed to be down there during the ceremony.

Hi Bum Bum, I think one of the things a photographer can do is show the world from a different perspective. In this shot, you highlight how similar the people praying look, and the regular nature of such communion.
As for the image, the unusual POV gives a fascinating perspective to the people to the right and I like the 4 different types of floor pattern across the shot.
I've looked at the WS by Eduardo which is an interesting change in direction. I actually prefer your original since it is a more unusual POV and you have retained a warmer feeling with a yellow glow to the light. Nevertheless it shows that you have an image here which can work well in many different ways. For example, a closer shot of just 6 people on the left would also make for an interesting composition.
In all, a very intriguing image and and interesting place to see.
