Photographer’s Note
Phu Quoc is known as the Pearl Island of Vietnam and is also the largest island situated in the Gulf of Thailand. It has a reputation as a "brilliant sunshine paradise"- a mysterious island with hidden charm and wild beauty.
This photo I took in Ham Ninh fishing village. It is the shelter bay for boats and crafts avoiding rainstorm and tempest. At low-tide, it reveals more hundred meters sand beach on the sea and people can walk gently on the surface of the sea, while many kinds of boats parking scattering. Peaceful and quiet water surface unintentionally creates a huge mirror reflecting everything. The light of dawn reflects a perfect picture on this mirror, creating a romantic and peaceful feeling for everyone who has a chance standing here.
