From the 26th floor of Sheraton Saigon, this is the view that one can capture, if the winds don't topple the tripod.
To the right is Saigon's City Hall, now known as Ho Chi Minh City's People's Committee Building. Closer to it is Rex Hotel and Bong Seng Hotel.
This is a relatively smog-free evening, good time for photography.
