I learned my lesson - I made sure I packed my tripod this time around for my trek to Saigon, Vietnam.
This is the great hall of the people, the Saigon City Hall in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam's biggest and its national business district. I have taken photos of this great architecture during daytime and was surprised by how visible its intricate architecture is, even at night
