Hola!
the colours are great in this picture, and I think that you have well see the composition. But I would prefer not to see the anthene (not always possible to have what we want ;-) ) . Then I think that I will choice to cropt the sky, and just have the colour houses and his reflections on the water.
A question: what kind of camera do you have used? because I think that you can improve the qualioty of this nice picture. It's a little unsharpness and we can see the pixels over the houses.

Bonjour Tien,
Long time I have not yet been to Dalat... and I don't remember this urban landscape... I presume that almost houses have been rebuilt, renovated, added... and all of those house owners have add a lots of colors.... which is very attractive in your shot....The reflections are really amazing, beautiful picture.
