[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
About a week before Christmas, there is a flower-festival in Đa lat. During this time the hundreds Vespa-fans come to joy the festival. They decorate their Vespas with flowers and parade around the town. most of the Vespa they use were made since the the 60's-70's last century and now they become antique. Just about teen years ago the price of a vespa was very cheap but now in order to own an old, slow and noisy bike like this you have to pay the thousands US dollars.
