[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The workers on this tea plantation near Dalat are from North Vietnam. The area has many of these migrant workers, and it's strange to see buses with 'Hanoi' as the destination on the roads when it is over 400 kilometres away.

Vietnamese tea is exported to 30 countries, and it's green tea is of high quality.
This particular plantation is managed by the Taiwanese Government and all the tea grown here is exported directly to Taiwan.

Your tilt works well with this capture. With an even horizon, the photograph may lose 80% of its effect, IMHO.

Close but not quite, Brian.
I love the idea playing with the geometrical shapes of the non hats and baskets, excellent exposure and colors too, but the background tree slightly overlaps with the hats, a few centimeters on the left and that would be perfect.

Very nice feel t this one, Biran. It xcreams VIETNAM at 50 paces. Of course there is a darker story behind it and you tell it one. Good POV to set up the shot, crisp colors. Fine stuff.
best,
Francis

I don't mind th etree here at all, Brian.
I find this tilt quite useful, and the
light is fine as well - did you use
flash here?
Cheers,
Robi

Hi Brian, a really good shot - great exposure and very true colours. I'm intrigued as to what these guys actually looked like and what the baskets looked like when full. My only criticism is the tree that is seemingly growing out of the man's head - but not a lot you could do about this in a hurry! Best wishes, Paul.

Hi Brian,
I like the picture of the tea-field-workers starting there job, being on the way. I like the focus on the two hats and on the basket. The tilt works good. Nice job, Nino.

Hi Brian, the light is gorgeous and you composition is also very pleasant, one little thing which bothers me is this very tilted horizon...
