Excellent shot. I really like the simplicity of the composition and the way you placed the boatman in the frame makes this image really outstanding. The B&W conversion works wonderfully well here and the reflection are the cherry on top. Good work.

In your introduction you say you are not a good photographer. How can you believe that ?? I assume it is a joke :)

For me, your pictures are impressive.
The Black and White is a good choice here.
