this is a wonderful but very sad photo... i like that your focus is on the toy.. it adds to the emotion of the child, like the toy is all he has.

Belle photo journalistique. J'aime les portraits les photos reportages. Je crois que tes commentaires et ton image dénoncent bien l'utilisation de l'agent orange ou de tout autre poison sur des populations innocentes. Pour finir de nous convaincre, on n'a qu'à regarder les yeux de cet enfant ou encore l'ourson, les deux sembles s'ignorer, les deux sembles abandonnés

I truly commend you for paying attention to this humane side of life at orphanage and to share with us this shot of child in a nicely composed pov and B&W rendition.
You are showing by example that photojournlism is a powerful tool to transmit human feelings digitally.
The doll hanging at the bedside is a good inclusion in the frame. A good work, Stepanie and thanks for sharing it.
