I think the photographer has the right to photograph whatever he/she feels like to chose. But name of location or destination is established by local government/people therefore the viewers expect to be told correctly.
This picture gets a mixed & confused geographic info: Phan Thiet is the ONLY TOWN of Binh Thuan Province which is some 250 kms East of Saigon in the South of Vietnam. Daniel, you have moved it all the way to the North, some 300 kms South of China. Then in another photo you stated that taken in Phan Thiet , you gave the area as ... Ho Chi Minh which still be some 5 driving hours to the West across Dong Nai Province...
