Photographer’s Note
Although this is out of focus, I wanted to show, what I saw daily for 3 weeks and never got tired of photographing the people on bicycles & scooter, going about their daily business 7 trying to survive on less than a dollar a day. As you get farther out of Saigon, the reality sets in. Vietnam is one of the top 3 nations in the world with highest poverty levels. I've seen it before in parts of the world. But here is was different, which I'm still trying to figure out..why?
