When travelling, there's always food, family and football. Let's celebrate the global game!
This picture shows an evening game on the beach near Mui Ne. The players are locals, the match takes place after another long day out fishing.
Mui Ne is a beautiful beach just a couple of hours north of Ho Chi Minh City. It has become a very popular tourist destination over the last ten years or so.

Nice shot Benny, let's go play with them !
In India, as you know, forget that and get prepared for cricket !

What a superbly timed shot, and very sharp at that speed in the dim light. And it shows the other side of the world game - such a modest setting in contrast to the glamour of the World Cup. An excellent exposure which shows good detail and gentle highlights; very atmospheric. Well done and a good choice for this period.

Hier zien we nog eens echte gedreven voetballers, niet deze met een uitgedost pak van de beste kwaliteit.
Misschien is het beeld nietvan de beste kwaliteit, de inzet van de foto is belangrijk.
Goed shot. Bedankt.

A shot where the subject could be most places in the world, as football has become a unifying game in most countries.
However, the location is wonderful, with the triangle of sand in the f/g and the rushing sea as the b/g.
You have captured this extremely well, considering the poor light and the enthusiastic movement of the participants.

Hello Benny, It is truly the "World Game", although in many countries it is not their most popular sport, in Australia & Melbourne in particular it is football but played with the oval ball & very different. A lovely image with excellent colour, light & atmosphere.
