These ladies carry their kitchens with them, and stop set up along the way to serve customers with delicious street food, such as soups and drinks.
A Carrying pole, also called a shoulder pole, is usually made from wood or bamboo, with an evenly distributed load suspended from each end, and used by people to carry goods.

Hi Wanda, What enchanting view. So typical for Vietnam, the woman with a shoulder pole and the goods there and of course, the conical hat, I dreamed about hat like this when I was a kid. I remember well this cafe from Hoi An, the loveliest city in Vietnam.

A picture full of life and depicting the way of life in Vietnam. Sure, this is kitchen in motion and the slight blur of her left hand and right leg reminded me of one of the fine artists Jinju, on this site, who would deliberately capture motion blur in his pictures.
You see, red is such an important colour that even if its percentage in the shot is not more then 5%, it holds the eyes of the viewers.

Good framing, shot at the right time with the placement of the woman and a nice warm lightning. Everything to get a good shot is here.
It is not the kind of shots I really practice, but I enjoy when it is well done. Surely, I should try some in my next travel.

Another interesting and colourful street shot, this one with an unquestionable Vietnamese atmosphere provided by the woman and her conical hat. The café could probably have been anywhere in eastern Asia but still provides a nice background.

great street scene. The presence of the character and her surroundings is well balanced, the exposure is spot on and there's just enough movement to add some dynamism. Thumbs up dear.

That is my favorite kind of restaurant, it came to you :) instead of you going to them. They do came to my neighborhood a lot when I was little, so I get to sample different kind of food venders that came to us. I missed them. A very nostalgic image for me. Makes me missed home. good quality shot as always and I like the inclusion of the whole background of old French architecture.

Great scene has been captured. The lady who is carrying the heavy stuff looks very interesting here on this fantastic background. Its yellow and green tones make the view so eye catching. Well observed and spotted. TFS!
Have a nice Sunday!

Dag dear Wanda
This is a walking food stall similar to the floating food stalls in Thailand :-) The food they carry are all delicious.
The moment is well captured with the slightest of motion blurs...the framing of the gate in the BG works nicely.
This picture was taken way back in 2007...which means before we met I guess?
