The outdoor market in Hanoi has something special. Near the river, it's not large, and it's possible to find anything from combs to shoes to fresh meat and vegetables.
Merchants line up in long rows, selling their merchandise from a blanket on the ground or a table. The stalls are not divided, nor are they very large. Most of the merchants can sit and chat with each other while waiting for their next customer.
The lovely merchant in this photo, seemed to have an interesting supply. |
