Photographer’s Note
The 36 hours train ride from Hanoi to Saigon, was full of opportunities to photograph. This brief stop, I got out to buy a drink. The officer (I think) gave that look, with camera and lens hanging from my neck. Didn't stop me from clicking...comment welcome

I hope that the officer let yu return to the train. :)Very unusual big black frame. It would have been better if you posted the image without the frame, to use the whole 800 width so we can see faces better.

Wow,
Thanks for posting this photo in black & white. At least compared to western europe, the trains in Vietnam are a bit old fashioned(and slow), but I like it because it just improves the experience. You can see my photo from my 18 hour trainride from Saigon to Hue, if you like. It is that little girl.
