Gold Tower
Located on a high hill 30 kilometres north of Quy Nhơn in Nhơn Thân commune, An Nhơn District, the Phước Lốc or ‘Gold’ Tower (also known locally as Thốc Lốc Tower) was constructed in monumental B́nh Định style (late 11th-early 14th centuries) in the late 12th-early 13th century, contemporaneously with the similar Cánh Tiên (Brass) Chàm Tower and Thủ Thiện Chăm Tower. The east-facing tower is square in shape and features decorated pilasters and false doors. Unfortunately the structure is in poor condition but nonetheless incorporates some notable decorative features, including the use of stone, which suggests strong Khmer influence.

I like the way the Cham Tower occupies the middle of its own litle hill. Good composition to include the foreground trees as well as the mountains in the background.

Hello Huy. I am impressed with the way you framed this and included the round hill in the foreground. I like the feeling of isolation. The shot is tad too bright for me though. Thanks for sharing Huy!

Hi Huy
It could be a bit sharper, but the receding tones, & aerial perspective are superb. Good work!

Your photo depicts tranquillity. The soft colours please the eye. The silvery cast sea adds wealth in this composition.
Well done and best regards.
