L'origine du nom de la baie d'Halong vient de ce qu'un grand dragon quitta un jour son refuge dans les montagnes pour se précipiter dans la mer. En cours de route, il se tortilla tellement qu'il fracassa les montagnes. Lorsqu'il plongea enfin dans la mer, le niveau des eaux submergea les terres ne laissant plus apparaître que le sommet des montagnes. Belle légende, non ?
Cette superbe baie est classée par l'UNESCO au patrimoine mondial de l'humanité et on le comprend. Très souvent dans la brume et c'était le cas ici, elle offre cependant un spectacle dont on se souviendra longtemps.

Hello Gerard,
What a splendid misty atmosphere. Very well composed with the rocks as a counterweight for the boat.
Everything looks black and white, with the exception of the colorful boat. Well done.

Bonjour Gérard,
la brume qui efface l'arrière plan, intimise un peu la scène.
La vue parfaite de ces rocs érodés, typiques de cette région du monde. Le bateau apporte vie et couleurs à ce monde qui semble très calme et même trop calme.

Merveilleuse atmosphère brumeuse et excellente composition. J'adore les rochers et j'irais bien faire un tour sur ce bateaux pour admirer le magnifique paysage qui se dresse devant nos yeux. Beau travail et excellente qualité d'image.
