Taking picture of traffic cops interacting with traffic violators is a relatively dangerous activity in VN. If they see you, what do you think they'd do to you?.. Traffic cops are believed to be the most corrupt in VN, next, custom officers at ports. It's a very sad state of affair... The general population has no love for them and sees them as a nuisance or even holds them in disdain.

Well catched moment, the face expression of the women are intresting, in the background, although they are standing on a traffic signal, but it looks like a start of a race, and one police offices are observing the other people, while the one is talking to the lady. lot of activity in the picture, well done, and thanks for sharing.
