That is called "Văn Miếu - Quốc Tử Giám" - The first National University of Vietnam.

I do not agree with the term "University" here ...
"Quoc-Tu-Giam" is only for children of the dynasty-in-power. The only task for people from Quoc-Tu-Giam is to serve the dynasty, to keep the dynasty in power. They do not invent anything and they do not contribute anything good in the evolution of humain society for thousands of years ....
Ofcourse, "Quoc Tu Giam" has a respectable place in Vietnamese history , no doubt about that, but it does not deserve the term "University" !
So, Quoc-Tu-Giam is a place of history, but worshipping it with incense ... What is he praying for ? ... I can not believe, this man is probably ... out of his mind, and should be sent to psychiatric hospital ...
The very sad thing is, from his way of doing, he belongs to the intelligentsia today I believe ...
