[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
I found the weather of Sapa high up in the mountains very unpredictable. One minute it would be thick mist like this and then within twenty minutes sunshine followed by rain and then mist again. This view was just outside our hotel looking down into the valley, ona clear day you can see the rice terraces all around the hills.

I really like these type of pictures capturing the weather and fog so well. It has a mood all it's own. TFS

Hi Wanda,
The peaceful and mysterious atmosphere is well conveyed here and the house is well placed in the corner. I like the layered hills disappearing in the mist...
Greetings
Laurent

Nicely timed shot Wanda. I like the layering you have with this mist and clouds. We can see some fine detail in the valley below, then a little bit more in the mountains above the first layer of mist, then the clouds and distance take over. The inclusion of the home on the right is good and adds a bit more colour and contrast to the scene, without taking anything away. Enjoyed.

Thanks, John

I didn't know you even do this Wanda and do it with such amazing perfection. Absolutely superb and well planned shot.

Dit is mooi Wanda, heel mooi. Beetje mystiek met die wolken die tussen de bergen hangen. Misschien het huisje wat krap in het kader, maar toch mag ik het wel zien zo met die verschillende lagen bewolking en bergen....mooi.
Groetjes, Henk

Hi wanda
