Photographer's Note
"Tu Le - Mu Cang Chai - Khau Pha Pass", are very well-known places for Vietnamese travelers, especially for shooters who wish to hunt a breathtaking scene of rice terraces, of the local people and daily life. This attractive place belongs to Yen Bai province in the North-east region of Vietnam (more than 270km from Hanoi). The best time to travel here is May/June when local minorities are working on the fields, ploughing, taking the seeding rice out and planting them to the ready-made paddies; and September/October when they are harvesting the crop.
Been here many time as I can't stop myself.

Hi Tan,
So it's the season of ploughing the fields and planting new rice. The fields with the fully grown crops add well to the visual impact and bring in some (very vibrant) colour. Well composed photo with lovely reflections of the sky which bring out the silhouettes of the people working in the paddies so much more. Congrats!

Spectacular rice terraces. A tighter crop from above could give a more balanced view, IMHO.
TFS.

Hi Tan,
This is awesome, shot worth millions, vivid and clear, appealing to the eyes and attracting like a magnet. What a beautiful contrast of white against the green. I particularly like the lemon green touch and the little train of bullocks and the farmers.
Thanks for sharing this piece of majesty, dear.

Hi Tan,
indeed an amazing place - I can see why you are coming back there. The different shades of green in cotrast with the silver water are so beautiful and although a nature shot this one shows the geometry the mankind adds to their surrounding. Wonderful capture,
thanks for sharing,
Katrin.

Hello Tan, absolutely beautiful picture of at my opinion most beautiful country in the world. Workers add so much to overall feeling. This amazing rice fields are just one aspect of Vietnam variety. Unfortunately I was around Sapa in dry season but also interesting. Looking forward to enjoying your other work.
Regards, Boris
