My Home My Future

2.56p.m. – As we were cruising and approaching Bo Hou Island I saw this boat and judging from the occupant this must also be their home. The bigger boy at the back holding the stern-post is learning the trade as he may be taking over unless with better fortune his life may be changed.
As the boy is dictating the direction I hope he can successfully navigate through this open sea to an even brighter future. |

Hi Aloysius,
This is a very interesting capture of the family on this boat. Nice to see the children looking towards you. Good composition too with the boat placed in the upper right hand corner and surrounded by nothing but water. Well seen and captured!
Regards,
Lars

Hello Aloysius,
What a difficult story in your note but this is the reality of life. I hope children can continue to their educations without interrupting it by their parents. The boat and colorful tent is perfectly captured with busiest mood there. Excellent one congratulations. Have a nice week.
Best Regards,
Ertugrul

Hello Aloysius
Are they the boat people? We can see four of the family in the picture. Their life is difficult & we sincerely hope that they see a better future. Well seen & a finely captured shot!
Best Regards
Angshu
Hello Aloysius,
This is a fine documentary, giving this realistic glimpse into life on the water!
I like the simplicity of the composition, and i can understand inclusion of this much water to give a setting but personally I'd probably go closer on the subject...
Colour splashes to attract my eyes, otherwise fine details!
Greetings,
Pablo -
