Today, At Lang Co Viet Nam is organizing a festival for a legendary destination, a photo paradise. I would like to post this shot. An activity daily life of the fishermen. I took this shot in early morning. I hope you like it.
Thanks so much.
HUY

The travelers easily agreed with the media that the name Lang Co derives from Lăng Cô (A Miss’ Tomb) or Làng Cò (Village of storks).
Lang Co still has the ruined complex that the Nguyen Dynasty has built for their kings to enjoy the scenic landscape. Also we could find some trace of the French here and there, including in the modern history. So the best interpretation is L’Ancu, as the French called its original name An Cư (Living Peacefully).

Actually, Lang Co Peninsula is a famous area with imposing scenery, mountains and forests, clear blue sea and soft, white sand adjoin each other that many travelers to Vietnam in the past have missed the chance to view this hidden beauty. Now, it became a famous resort which is styled to reminiscent of an old Vietnamese village with native wood and rattan. Lang Co reflects the real image of Vietnam with its warm hospitality, rich culture and unique tastes. Overlooking to the ocean through its long private beach, Lang Co resort offers uncompromising vistas and relaxation.

Recently, all traffic getting through the center of Vietnam has to take the 500m-high Sea&Cloud Pass and running across the 7km-stretch of sand of Lang Co. On 6-5-2005, the Hai Van 12km-Tunnel — with 6.3km main tunnel, 6.3km parallel evacuation tunnel and 1.9km ventilation system —has been opened for traffic. Instead of traveling up and down the 20km Hai Van Pass, it now only takes less than 10 minutes to cut through the Sea-n-Cloud Mountain Range. In other words, Lang Co is just 30-driving minutes from Danang, the 3rd International Airport of Vietnam.

Hello Huy,
I like this one in all it's simplicity! Nice balanced colours, good thing the guy is wearing a green t-shirt for contrast! Lovely golden reflections... I guess you tried different croppings here, did you also try to rotate to get a more diagonal movement?
Regards,
Pablo

Hi Huy,
A simple picture but so beautiful through its simplicity, the V on water with the small waves and the specially boat its fantastic. The reflections of the man and the red colour in water give a great composition.
Best regards,
John.

Hello Huy. I like the simplicity and the beauty. The moving boat brings the shot to life. The reflections represent your usual good work. Nice shot Huy.

Hy Huy,
Fine guidelines and a nice and beautiful composition with a upper view and angle of capture giving a very good enquadrement to the fisherman and the boat. Wonderful atmosphere and luminosity. Nice water reflections and of light. The orange light reflection near the boat is a must.

Simples but effective with a very good composition.
Well seen well done.
Best to you.
Fernando

Hi Huy, A very special boat and a very special photo. I like the wave created by the boat showing in this photo. The sunrise golden colors reflected on the water are beautiful. A well taken picture. Well done.

Hi Huy,
I'm glad that I opened the icon. First I Thought it is a duck or some other bird. Now I see well ... nice composition.
well done,
Nino

The French name for this place certainly suits the mood of this photo - living peacefully.
As others have said it is a very simple composition but strangely I'm glad you didn't crop too much. The wake of the boat, ripples on the sea and pastel colours all make a calming image.

Hi Huy

The < shape in the water is marvellous. The unusually shaped circular boat, is an essential addition. Well done!

Somewhere it could be "a calm morning countryside composition" and I like the peace in it.
You have done a great exploitation of the empty space with all nuances of colors, the small embarkation is very well placed and th V behind is a superb idea
I feel this is a great one !
I have read Lang co ... to Ancu in french phonetics, this is interesting, for information in Brittany's language, the same phonetic is ANKU, wich is a traditionnal representation of death (this one coming to take and carry the life of the people)...
Great job here
I like it very much
