Hi Ireland
Amazing atmosphere, the foggy sky and BW tones conceal the people very well, yet at the same time their dynamic action reveals them clearly. Well framed pic with great timing, especially when the white water came in to decorate the pic and also points towards the centre. Very enjoyable pic, tfs :)
Hv a nice day

As an avid fisherman, I really like this shot. Great capture!

Best regards,

Rob

Very original take on these fishermen work. Love to see that 'white' section on top and the way the net divides the two worlds. The sea, the action, the net; all are very dynamic elements in this picture. Very good indeed!

Great idea here Ireland, having the fishermen seen from behind the net. A very strong, very moody photograph with the violent waves crashing onto the shore and the rather dull overcast sky adding a foreboding feeling to it all.

That's splendid Ireland..
Those men being just behing the net are superb..
and the tones...
I love it.

Great composition and beautyful b&w conversion. I like that all fishermen are behind the net and the wave on the left forms a nice triangle (maybe a tad too much contrast there). Also great how the top of the net separates a clear sky.

Hi!
Great B&W picture! Wonderful composition, very dynamic. You captured very well the movement of the scene, your photo is not static, it gives the feeling to be at your place. Very good job!

Cool shot Ireland, the post processing gives the photo a real antique kind of feel to it and I love how the fishermen look from behind the net. Great work.

This is excellent, Ireland. It's your POV and framing that make it work, creating a row of semi-ghostly, yet active, figures behind the net. The strong diagonals of net and of foam add to the power. Outstanding! Regards, Ken.

Ah, Ireland, this is like balm to a wound, like a dream to the insomniac, like a breath of fresh air to the sick. It is so evocative, poetic, absolutely beautiful! I am sorry I missed out this one, it is just a gem, with its subtle hues, the composition, the fishermen behind the net.
Very beautiful!

I am sure it is one of the best (if not the best) BW picture on TrekEarth.
Impressive - thangs for sharing
best regards

Simply incredible.

Hello Ireland. fantastic pic, man! Sorry to come to it so late. One of your best, one of the best anywhere... You absolutely nailed the composition along the diagonal, through the net which becomes a mysterious screen.
Great stuff!
take care,
Francis
