Hi Nason
You have a very good portrait here with the grandmamma, (we have seen her before)
But not one picture is the same
The POV here is very good too the light is amazing on her face and the baby with his mouth open is very special too.
I wonder I you could tell me what is the thing sticking in the bottom of the picture left side ?
It is very destructing)
Again very good composition (without the thing in the left could be cropped away

OK, I see you have not critiqued others too much, so maybe that explains the little comments on this shot. It may looked a little posed, which creates a distance, but this is still a great shot as photography goes, imo. I hope it gets more recognition. a shame if it does not, as we all love good photography here, not just travel souvenirs.
At least, i still hope so.
