View looking south along the Mekong River, from the large "Friendship Bridge" donated & built by Australian engineering companies as a goodwill gesture to Vietnam a few years ago. The dark clouds look like this in many tropical areas. Best to find shelter before the 2 hours of torrential rain comes down.
