| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
This photo was taken during a Mekong delta tour somewhere near My Tho. The life on riverbanks of Mekong is a spectacle. On this photo you see a pineapple boat being unloaded. Our tourist boat was passing by and one of the guys threw a pineapple to us. Unfortunately nobody in our boat was able to catch it. So he took second pineapple and threw it again towards our boat, but yet again we did not catch it. So he took a third and last pineapple you see him holding it right now and threw a third pineapple to us.
Well
unlike in fairytales the third one did not work a miracle and also well from our clumsy hands to muddy waters of Mekong. I was holding a camera, so I had an excuse
Postprocessing: adjustment to levels, slight adjustment to color balance and adjusting the colors of overexposed areas using the shadow/highlight tool in PS. Resize, unsharp mask, frame.
This time I did not do any cropping, composition-wise the photo is just as it was. I tried a tighter composition around the guys, because the area to the right of them looked a bit empty. But then I liked the canister on the right and the pole they tie boats to and did not want to crop them out. Tell me what you think :)
