Hello Nam,
You have a great perspective and POV. The only improvement i would suggest here would be showing a little less of the sky, since the main actors here are the boats, the village, and the hill behind. A polarizing filter would be good for the sky, it's a little overexposed. There are also some sharpness issues overall. I think this would be a great photo if it had not have those technical issues. Keep it up!
